Sheena Tanna-Shah is an award winning Optometrist and also runs her wellbeing company Inspiring Success. Sheena is a Rapid Transformation Therapy Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Mindfulness and Meditation practitioner, and Mindset Coach working 1:1 with individuals, in schools and in businesses. She is also author of Perfectly Imperfect Mum.

After speaking to colleagues and peers in the Optometric profession they realised that many were struggling with their mental health and wellbeing and not enough support and resources were available to help individuals.

After speaking to colleagues and peers in the Optometric profession they realised that many were struggling with their mental health and wellbeing and not enough support and resources were available to help individuals.
During the pandemic they set up a Facebook group to support the wellbeing of the Optometry profession, when stress, isolation and uncertainty was high which helped many during a difficult time. To increase awareness regarding wellbeing in Optometry Sheena has written numerous CPD accredited articles in Optometry Today and Optician, appeared on podcasts and given mindset talks.
In 2022 Piyus and Sheena began creating CPD accredited wellbeing workshops which were hugely successful delivering sessions virtually and in person across the country for Local Optical Committees, private hospitals, Glasgow Eyecare, ALCON, BCLA, NOC, Vision Express, Specsavers, and Independent practices

Our sole purpose and passion is to bring awareness that mental health and wellbeing matters in Optometry.
If a practitioner’s mental and/or physical health is being impacted for whatever reason it will have consequences on their professional role, motivation, productivity and patient care.
We want practitioners to know that they are not

We want practitioners to know that they are not alone, that support is available, and that there is a positive way forward,
Whether individuals are struggling with work life balance, work pressures/responsibility, change, colleague relationship issues, limiting beliefs, or other personal issues that guidance is available.
Through our CPD accredited courses and 1:1 coaching/therapy sessions we are here to support your journey from where you are now to where you want to be.
